Denise offers a rare, multi‑angle perspective to aid both employers and individuals. She began her 35‑plus‑year career at a Milwaukee insurance agency, then spent twenty years as an executive at UnitedHealthcare, designing and scaling retiree health plans for major national clients. After that, she managed HCSC/Blue Cross Blue Shield’s largest public sector and labor clients before returning to an agency setting at Health Insurance Advisors. With deep expertise in insurance carrier operations and a clear understanding of the real-world challenges employers face, she seamlessly bridges corporate processes with personalized, reliable service—delivering straightforward, sustainable solutions tailored to each client.
Josh Lindeen
Josh has specialized in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans since 2010, helping individuals navigate options by listening attentively and offering solutions aligned with each client’s needs. Through countless one-on-one conversations and numerous community education events, Josh has earned the trust of clients and peers alike—along with receiving industry recognition and awards. He remains dedicated to transparency, exceptional client care, and staying current with industry knowledge. Known for his expertise and approachable personality, clients regularly refer friends and family to him. Josh also supports small businesses in offering group medical and ancillary insurance to their employees.

Joe is a licensed pharmacist and health insurance agent, blending more than a decade of pharmacy experience with insurance expertise to help his clients make confident, informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
